- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can condensed onion soup
- 2 slices bread
- 3 Tbsp. melted oleo (butter)
Directions

1Cook macaroni until tender; drain.

2Brown beef and garlic in skillet, stirring with fork to break up meat.

3Add soup, salt and pepper.

4Mix well.

5Add macaroni.

6Mix again.
-
7Pour into 1-quart casserole or shallow baking dish.

8Sprinkle cheese over top.

9Mix melted oleo (butter) with bread crumbs and sprinkle over cheese. Bake in 350° oven 15 to 20 minutes until crumbs are toasty. Serves 4.
