  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Cook hamburger and onion; drain off all the fat. Line a glass pie pan with the biscuits; pour the hamburger mixture over biscuits. Pour the cheese in the beaten egg. Stir and sprinkle all over pie. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is melted.
