Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can whole kernal sweet corn
  • 1 sm. yellow onion, diced
  • 3 to 5 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into about 1/2 inch slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown hamburger in a Dutch-oven type pot with the onion.

    Drain excess fat, and add remaining ingredients.

    Cook on medium until the potatoes are soft - being sure to stir occasinally to avoid sticking.

    Do not add water, and do not drain the corn prior to adding to pot.

    Sauce will thicken as it cooks, I like to let it simmer uncovered for a while to thicken also.
