  • 1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. (1/2 lb.) grated or chopped cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Brown meat; drain and set aside.

    Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth.

    Stir in meat, cheese, onion, pepper and salt.

    Turn into pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 or 40 minutes until brown on top and knife in center comes out clean.
