  • 3 c. frozen hash browns (southern style)
  • 1 lb. sausage (mild)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch dish with hash browns. Brown onion with sausage.

    Drain and spread over potatoes.

    Cover with cheese.

    Mix eggs and milk.

    Pour over mixture in dish.

    Refrigerate overnight.
