  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Brown ground beef in skillet.

    Drain.

    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.

    Stir in ground beef and remaining ingredients.

    Pour mixture into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean.

    Freezes well.

    (I always make two; one to eat and one to freeze.)
