  • 1 gal. chopped cabbage (2 or 3 firm, white)
  • 2 large bell peppers (optional)
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 qt. mustard

    Chop cabbage, onions and peppers and place in pan.
