- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 (46 oz.) can water
- 1 small can stewed tomatoes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, cubed
- 1/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti, cut in 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Brown hamburger and onion flakes in a pan.

2Drain off fat. Add tomato juice, water, stewed tomatoes and bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil.

3Add bag of frozen vegetables, potatoes and celery.

4Cook until vegetables are done, about 45 to 60 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, add spaghetti.

5It is ready to serve when vegetables and spaghetti are done.
