  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 large or 3 medium potatoes, cut in small pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped small
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with basil and oregano
  • 1 can Campbell's vegetable beef stock soup
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon

Directions

    Cook hamburger with onion until well done.

    Add tomatoes, soup, water, seasonings and potatoes.

    Cook 35 minutes.

    May substitute 3/4 cup of macaroni for potatoes.
