Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 2 c. chopped green cabbage
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 carrots, cut in small pieces
- 1 medium potato, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 lb. can stewing tomatoes
- 1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cans water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. frozen peas
Directions

1In Dutch oven, cook meat until it loses red color.

2Add remaining ingredients except peas.

3Bring to a boil.

4Lower heat and simmer, uncovered, for 50 minutes.

5Add peas; cover and cook 15 minutes longer.

6Serve hot with garlic bread.

7This freezes well.

8Just heat and serve.
