- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1 lb. chopped or stewed tomatoes
- 4 large potatoes, cut up
- 4 carrots, grated
- 1 lb. mixed vegetables
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 onions, cut up
- 2 c. water
Directions

1In a large 8-quart pot cook ground beef and onions.

2Add potatoes, carrots and water.

3Then add beef bouillon, canned tomatoes and add V-8 juice.

4Cook until tender.

5Then add mixed vegetables.
