  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small red or white onion
  • 1 or 2 cans cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 1 very small bell pepper
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • spices (oregano, thyme, sage, salt and pepper)

    Brown beef in large soup pot.

    Add chopped onion to your satisfaction.

    Stir continually.

    Add 1 can of cream soup and mix, don't boil!

    Add chopped bell pepper (1/4 cup).

    Add pinch of salt, pepper, sage, thyme and oregano.

    Add cheeses to your satisfaction.

    Don't let sit; always stir.

    If too thick, add small amount of water to thin.
