- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 3/4 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a 3 to 4-quart saucepan, brown beef with onion and garlic. Remove any grease.

2Add tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup and rest of ingredients except sour cream; mix well.

3Cover and simmer about 30 minutes; stir occasionally.

4Add sour cream, salt and pepper; reheat, but do not boil.

5Serve over noodles (the wide ribbon ones).

6Freeze any leftovers for another meal.
