- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 6 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of thyme
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of Worcestershire
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Remove from skillet and pour off fat.

3Melt butter and oil in skillet and saute onion and mushrooms in skillet until onion is translucent.

4Remove from skillet.

5Add flour to skillet and brown.

6Add bouillon and blend.

7Stir in spices.

8Return meat, onion and mushrooms to skillet and simmer all for 15 minutes.

9Just before serving, blend in sour cream.

10Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
