Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
- cooked noodles or rice
Directions

1In a large nonstick skillet, brown onion until tender.

2Remove from skillet and brown hamburger until done.

3Stir in cooked onion, flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.

4Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Stir in soup.

6Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.

7Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

8Stir in sour cream and heat through.

9Serve over rice or noodles.
