- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. hot cooked noodles or rice
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender.

2Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.

3Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.

4Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

5Stir in sour cream; heat through.

6Serve over noodles or rice.
