  • 2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 10 oz. (1 can) soup, mushroom
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded

    In a skillet, brown hamburger.

    Drain off fat.

    Add rice, cheese, soup, milk and mix together.
