  • 1 large potato, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Lay patty on sheet of aluminum foil.

    Sprinkle garlic powder to taste.

    Add potatoes, onions and peppers.

    Add margarine last. Seal foil over top.

    Place on cookie tray.

    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375°.
