  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
  • speck of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except for ham, Swiss and rolls. Spread meat mixture on wax paper to form a rectangle slightly wider on one end.

    Place ham and cheese on top and roll like a jelly roll. Cover with crescent roll dough. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
