  • catsup
  • mustard
  • mayonnaise

    Combine the beef, salt and pepper, mix gently.

    Grill over hot coals, turning 6 to 8 minutes; 12 minutes for well-done.

    Place the buns on the grill then place hamburger on the buns and serve with the garnishes above.

    If cheeseburgers, about 1 minute before removing from the grill, place a slice of cheese on.
