- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- about 2 qt. milk
Directions

1Beat yolks and whites of eggs separately. Add sugar and evaporated milk to yolks; beat well. Fold in beaten egg whites to which salt has been added. Pour into freezer can. Add enough milk to cover top of dasher. Do not overfill. Allow room for expansion in freezing. Freeze according to freezer directions. Yield: 1 gallon.
