- 100 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 2 Eggs (medium)
Directions

1Sift the bread flour and cake flour together.

2Sift onto a working surface, make a well in the center of the flour, and break the eggs into it.

3Mix up the eggs with a fork, gradually incorporating the flour into them.

4Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.

5Leave the dough to rest for around 30 minutes at room temperature (in summer, let it sit in the refrigerator).

6Roll out the dough and cut into your preferred thickness (coat your working surface with bread flour to prevent sticking).
