Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 large Butternut sqaush
- 1 large Zucchini
- 2 large Carrots
- 1 large Onion
- 1 box Elbow noodles
- 3/4 cup Grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 dash Garlic
- 2 can Spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Clean and cut squash, zucchini, carrots, and onion into small pieces

3In a large skillet, melt butter and add veggies
-
4Prepare pasta as box says

5Once the veggies are almost done cooking, add spaghetti sauce and garlic and continue mixing
-
6Drain pasta and place back into pot.

7Add the veggie/sauce mixture to the noodles and mix
-
8Add the resulting mixture to a large pan.

9Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese (or cheese or your choice) onto the top
-
10Bake in oven until cheese is melted and you can't wait any longer to eat!
