Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef
- 1 tbsp Montreal seasoning
- 1 tbsp Steak seasoning sauce
- 1 box Pedridgefarm puff pastry sheets
- 1 slice of american cheese
- 1/2 cup Chopped vidallia onions
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 1/4 pinch Water

1Preheat oven for 350

2Open the puff pastry box and pull out one sheet.

3Make sure it is thawed enough that you can mold the dough.

4I usually leave it out under a kitchen light while prepping

5Place the meat, seasonings, and onions in a large mixing bowl.

6Use your hands and mix it all together

7Patty out the burgers.

8This pound usually makes 4 decent size patties.

9Dont want them too large
-
10Grill the patties until done the way you like them cooked.

11Either inside grill or outside

12Take off the grill and let cool for a couple of minutes

13Place one slice of cheese on each burger
-
14Once the dough is thawed, smooth out the creases with your finger.

15Dont be afraid of it.

16Cut the dough with a knife into 4 squares

17Take one square and stretch it a bit.

18Lay on top of a burger and cheese
-
19Then pull and tug and mold the dough around the burger all the way around and tuck at the bottom.

20Try to close the burger all the way.

21Place each covered burger on a cookie sheet - ungreased

22Create the eggwash by taking the yolk and mix with a splash if water.

23Stir.

24Then glaze each burger with the wash

25Cook in oven for 15 minutes
