Ingredients
- 400 grams Spaghetti (1.6 mm)
- 1 to fry Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 8 slice Bacon
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 4 Eggs
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 90 grams Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Black pepper
Directions

1Prepare the sauce.

2Whisk the ingredients listed in A all together in a mixing bowl.

3Slice garlic and onion.

4Cut the bacon into 1.5 cm pieces.

5Set aside.

6Cook pasta for 1 minute less than instructed on the package.

7Heat olive oil and the garlic in the skillet until fragrant and then saute the bacon.

8When the bacon gets brown, add the onion.

9Pour in the heavy cream and 1 ladle of the pasta cooking water.

10Add the pasta.

11Immediately move the pan from the heat onto a damp cloth.

12Pour the egg mixture into the pasta, whisking quickly.

13Serve at once garnished with roughly grated black pepper and grated cheese as you wish.
