Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fast rising dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 3 c. flour
- dash of salt
Directions

1Measure the warm water and put it into a bowl.

2Sprinkle the yeast on top of the water.

3Let the yeast settle into the water. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.

4Place the dough on a floured board to knead it.

5Knead dough for 10 minutes.

6Put ball of dough into greased bowl.

7Cover the bowl and put it in the sun or near heat.

8Let it rise for one hour.

9Take dough out of bowl. Punch it down and knead for several more minutes.

10Divide the dough into 18 to 20 pieces.

11Roll each piece into a ball and place on a greased cookie sheet.

12Let dough rise until doubled.

13Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
