- 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
- 1 pkg. quick-acting dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
- 2 raisins
Directions

1Mix 1 1/2 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Heat water, milk and margarine to 125° to 130°; stir into yeast mixture.

2Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead until smooth, about 5 minutes.

3Cover and let rest 10 minutes.

4Lightly grease cookie sheet.

5Shape a 2-inch piece of dough into a ball for the head.

6Shape 4 walnut-size pieces for the feet and 1 walnut-size piece for the head.

7Shape the remaining dough into the body.

8Place on cookie sheet and flatten slightly.

9Press raisins into head for eyes.

10Cover and let rise 20 minutes.

11Heat oven to 400°.

12Make crisscross cuts in shell.

13Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
