  • 3 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Boil, without stirring, to 265° and then add coloring. Continue boiling to 290° and add flavoring.

    Remove at 300° from fire and pour onto greased marble slab or metal tray.
  3. 3
    Mark with knife and break apart with scissors when workable.
  4. 4
    Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
