- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- juice from beets
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced beets
Directions

1Blend cornstarch and sugar in saucepan.

2Add vinegar and beet juice and cook on moderate heat until it begins to thicken, stirring constantly.

3Add beets to sauce while shaking pan gently to prevent sticking.
