  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. beets

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt and flour in a medium saucepan.

    Add vinegar and water.

    Cook until thick and add butter.

    Add 2 cups sliced or julienned cooked beets to prepared sauce and heat.
