- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. beets
Directions

1Mix sugar, salt and flour in a medium saucepan.

2Add vinegar and water.

3Cook until thick and add butter.

4Add 2 cups sliced or julienned cooked beets to prepared sauce and heat.
