  • 2 c. sliced, cooked beets
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. beet juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
