  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch

Directions

    Mix juice from beets, vinegar and water, then mix sugar and flour together.

    Add to juice mixture.

    Add butter, salt and beets.
