- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. liquid (from drained beets)
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine reserved liquid, sugar, vinegar and cornstarch.

2Cook and stir until thickened.

3Cook and stir 2 minutes more.

4Stir in beets and margarine.
