- 1 lb. can diced beets (save 1/3 liquid)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. batter
Directions

1Combine in a saucepan the sugar, cornstarch and salt.

2Stir in reserved liquid, vinegar and batter.

3Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.

4Add beets; heat through.
