  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. beet juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch.

    Add beet juice and vinegar.

    Cook on medium heat until thick.

    Add salt and butter; then add beets. Cover and continue cooking about 10 minutes.
