  • 1 lb broccoli rabe
  • 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 12 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Wash broccoli rabe and remove thick stems.

    Add olive oil to 2 quart pot and heat.

    Add garlic and let cook 1 minute.

    Add broccoli rabe and salt and cover.

    Cook 10 minutes, stiring often.

    Serve with 1/4 lemon, the juice offsets the bitter taste of the greens.
