- 1 lb broccoli rabe
- 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
Directions

1Wash broccoli rabe and remove thick stems.

2Add olive oil to 2 quart pot and heat.

3Add garlic and let cook 1 minute.

4Add broccoli rabe and salt and cover.

5Cook 10 minutes, stiring often.

6Serve with 1/4 lemon, the juice offsets the bitter taste of the greens.
