  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • dash of cloves
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. beet juice
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can sliced beets

Directions

    Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and cloves in saucepan, then add vinegar, beet juice and butter.
