- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets
- 1/4 c. juice from beets
Directions

1Mix sugar and cornstarch together.

2Add vinegar, oil and juice from beets.

3Cook about 5 minutes.

4Add beets and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes.
