  • 225 g ground almond paste
  • 115 g sifted icing sugar
  • 115 g caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 egg whites, beaten

Directions

    Mix all the above ingredients with enough eg whites to form a dough.

    Knead well.

    Store in an airtight container.
