- 2 cans beets
Directions

1In saucepan, put sugar, flour and salt.

2Slowly stir in vinegar; add butter.

3Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

4Reduce heat to low.

5Add beets and cook until heated through, about 30 minutes.
