- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 3 c. hot beets, sliced or diced
Directions

1In a large saucepan, mix sugar, salt and cornstarch; stir in vinegar.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
