  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. beet water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch.

    Add vinegar and water; stir until smooth.

    Add beets to hot sauce and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
