- 1. Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 2- 16 oz. cans sliced beets, drained
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; slowly pour in vinegar; add margarine and minced onion.

2Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

3Reduce heat to low and add beets.

4Cook until heated, stirring occasionally.
