- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 - 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 20 oz. can pears, drained and chopped
- 3 Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- 2 lrg. unpeeled apples, chopped
- 1 C. pecan halves
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set pineapple chunks aside. Pour juice into a small saucepan; add sugar and flour.

2Bring to a boil.

3Quickly stir in egg; cook until thickened.

4Remove from heat and cool - then refrigerate.
