- 1 1/2 c. cubed stew meat
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. cubed celery
- 6 medium carrots, cubed
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
- 3 c. tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix everything together and put in Dutch oven.

2Bake 5 hours at 225° to 250°.

3Do not take lid off while baking.
