- 15 lb. beef
- 15 lb. potatoes
- 10 lb. onions
- 2 3/4 lb. butter
- 1 jar mustard
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 7 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 10 Tbsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 jar Piggie Park barbecue sauce
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2While chicken is boiling, cut up pork, beef, potatoes and onions.

3Remove chicken from broth and add pork, beef, potatoes and onions.

4Remove chicken from bones and return to broth.

5When meat, potatoes and onions are cooked to hash, add other ingredients to taste.

6Serve over rice.
