  • 1 hen
  • 1 Boston butt
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook hen and Boston butt.

    Take meat off bone and grind or chip.

    Set aside.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Place in saucepan and let come to a boil.

    Mix with meat as desired.

    Sauce can be stored in a jar in refrigerator several days.
