- 1 qt. pecan halves
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
- 2 c. flour
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
Directions

1Mix together pecans, cherries, pineapple and flour; set aside.

2Cream together butter, sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and lemon extract. Add the nut and fruit mixture. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake 2 hours at 300°.
