- 1 stick margarine
- 2/3 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 c. milk
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 2 c. browned sausage
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread hash browns over melted margarine.

3Slightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

4Add cheese and browned sausage.

5Pour mixture of eggs, milk, seasoning, cheese and sausage over the hash browns.

6Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
