  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2/3 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 c. browned sausage

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Spread hash browns over melted margarine.

    Slightly beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Add cheese and browned sausage.

    Pour mixture of eggs, milk, seasoning, cheese and sausage over the hash browns.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
