- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks margarine
- bread crumbs
- pepper
Directions

1Mix together hash browns, onions, cheese, sour cream, soup, one stick margarine (melted) and pepper to taste.

2Cover top with bread crumbs and pour other stick of margarine, melted, over top.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
